Great location, clean, modern, well equipped kitchen, nice to have a clothes washer ensuite, fresh bed linens and towels each week. The staff at AAA Krakow Apartments are 5 Star. Right from meeting me at the apartment on my arrival (even though my flight was hours late) to arranging the cab to take me to the airport on my day of departure. I spent 3 weeks in the apartment and will rent the apartment again on another trip to Krakow.

The apartment is extremeley spacious, light, clean, and modern, and has lovely high ceilings. And the shower in the main bathroom is fantastic! It was approximately 5 minutes walk from the Old Square so the location is perfect. AAA has been efficient, friendly and professional each time I have dealt with them, and the lady that met us at the apartment (Anna) was equally helpful and welcoming. I hope to visit Krakow again, and I would definitely use AAA again, and would love to stay at the apartment again. Highly recommended!

We are so glad to have found you on the Internet before our trip. The location of Olive I is perfect. We much appreciated having kitchen facilities and a spacious apartment rather than a hotel room. Thank you also for checking that there were no feathers used in the bedding, which was a major concern because of allergies.

My friend and I spent the 1st week of November in Krakow and stayed in AAA Krakow apartments in Royal 6. We could not find one fault with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and it provided everything a person could need. It was a huge change from staying in a cramped hotel room. Knowing that a 24hr secuity man was at the entrance made it feel extra safe. It only took us a little over 5 mins to walk to the main square. I would definitely recommend it and would go back again.

A great apartment, well positioned for walking into the old city centre. Suited us as two couples with tons of room to relax between our forays to see the local sights. Staff were extremely helpful and on the day we took trips out of Krakow, (arranged thro' AAA), we were collected and dropped at the door. Definitely recommended.

Staff at Krakow apartments went to considerable trouble to help us with our visa problems. We were unable to have the Atlantis 1 apartment we originally booked and were moved to Atlantis 2. Although not our first choice of apartment, we enjoyed our seven day stay and enjoyed Krakow.

This is a very nice apartment. We were two marriage couples with plenty of space. The apartment was new, clean, nice and a practical place. Great living room for eating and TV watching (If you like Polish voice on every channel). Wifi was also practical. The only thing \"missing\" was enough towels. One towel per person is to little. But one phone call and we got extra towels delivered. I can realy recommend this apartment! This is the second time I have used AAA KrakĂłw apartments and I will use them also on my next visit to this great city.

We've just returned from our stay in the Garden Apartment, and had a lovely time. Only criticism was that it seemed the cleaner forgot to clean the bathroom floor properly....9 out of 10. Otherwise it was well equipped, and the bed perfectly comfortable. Would certainly go back. Just one recommendation for British travellers - pack your own teabags! We couldn't find any normal breakfast tea in the local shop.

AAA apartments gave an excellent service. Prompt communication throughout my dealings with them. Superb apartment. Very spacious, nice kitchen/bathroom/bedroom and lounge. Excellent condition throughout. Very close to the centre of the old town (5 mins walk). Felt very safe and secure. Wireless was a godsend on this working holiday. Fast quick connection to the outside world. Krakow is gorgeous. WIll come again, and will use AAA apartments again as well.

My fiance,mother and I stayed at Atlantis # for the whole month of August and loved every minute of it.The apartment is well equipped,just had a couple of hiccups with the internet at first. It was difficult to leave at the end of our stay as I came to feel so at home.Even the porters were very helpful and friendly.Very close to the main square and all sorts of amenities.I will definitely be back for another long stay.Special thanks to Marcin from AAA.

AAA Krakow Apartments were fantastic! We stayed in this brand new, spacious apartment at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room. We had a great kitchen, flat panel TV, large bathroom, and nice bedroom. In addition, a beautiful balcony to enjoy the wonderful summer weather. To top it off we were only a 5-10 minute walk from Old Town and the wonderful sights of the city. AAA Krakow apartments even arranged for our transport to and from the airport, and provided us with a connect number if we needed help. We would definitely stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow!

This is a lovely apartment, modern, clean, bright and nicely furnished. The staff were very nice, easy to work with and spoke perfect English. We rented in July and it got very hot (no a/c) so we kept our windows open all the time. At night party noise from the street below can get very loud. Americans would consider this apt to be on the 3rd floor. The apt is in a great location, just a few steps from the market square and right around the corner from the Florianska Gate. Taxi Cabs are right outside the building.

The apartment was very good. We found it very spacious and the location was good, only a short walk from the square. Much better than staying in a hotel and the staff were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I travel a lot and expect great service and good prices. I found the staff and accommodations at AAA Krakow to be absolutely perfect. The flat was wonderful in design and comfort. The apartment was perfect. Modern, clean and attractive, it had everything we needed and was perfectly located for the central square. We hope to return one day.

We had a great time in Krakow and the apartment was ideal for us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). It looksed a little far out from the town centre on the map but it really is only a short very pleasant walk, through the Planty, no more than 10 minutes and you are in the old town square, no need for trams or buses. The apartment was very well presented and modern, 2 bathrooms being an added bonus. Unfortunatley we didn't have any Polish so 1 english language channel on the TV would have been good (although we were out most of the time so it wasn't a great inconvenience). The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this beautiful city. We have been to Krakow 2 times, the first time staying in the town square, but this apartment was excellent and worth going back to again. Very professionnal

Very nice appartment. We were 4 small groups that went to Krakow together. We all had arranged apartments with different providers. I think I got the best one of us.:-) The apparment has a wery nice lay-out. I especcialy liked the closeths in the bedroom. It is very central in the Kazimierz district - still it's a quiet street. I hope to get back to the appartment as I realy liked it, and the city of Krakow.

5 of us booked in but only 4 could make it in the end. Lots of space for us all anyway. Well appointed, lots of space, airy and light. Very close to the Old Town but still a quiet neighbourhood. We were freinds on a reunion, but I am planning to re-bok and re-visit wiht my family.

Great apparment, we were 8 guys on a stag, very messy! You could probably fit 9 in with 1 being on the sofa and the rest in a mix of single and double beds. 10 minute walk into the centre. Make sure you do paintballing and go karting and if you fancy a round of golf their is a course about 40 mins away.

From start to finish, AAA Apartments have been very professional, helpful and great value. The apartment was easy to find, approx 10 mins walk to the main square, very clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time in Krakow and it was made even better by staying in such a lovely apartment. We are a family of four and we stayed in the very spaceious, clean and comfortable two bed Atlantis 5 apt for 9 nights. its perfect just min's from the main square yet quite and very well equipped as we spent a lot of time in doors because the weather was unsusaly wet for June.We will be back hopfully with better weather or proper clothing for rain, to see the sights we missed. AAA apt office is located below apts and all the staff are very helpfull .

It was a very nice apartment. Very close to everything you need. The bathroom was nice and it had a big shower-place. I especialy liked that the apartment had a washing-machine. Sinche the polish people still smoke every where, it was nice to get cleen clothes often. I can recommend this apartment! I for sure will bee back!

Stayed with my family in Atlantis 3 for four nights, and felt so comfortable there, I would like to have stayed longer. The location is wonderfully convenient, yet in a quiet area away from traffic and the noise of the main square. I would have liked a few more kitchen items, and a slightly better internet connection, but these are minor quibbles. Overall, our stay could not have been more pleasant. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped -- a perfect place for our family to stay on our first (and definitely not our last) visit to Krakow.

The apartment easily exceeded my expectations. It is located in a very quiet street, is clean and all rooms are very well equipped. The contact with the very friendly office staff was a pleasure, the handover of the keys a piece of cake ;) ....so I hope to come back soon again

I stayed at the old town apartment last week. I received a phone call from their representative as soon as I arrived at the airport so jumped a taxi straight to the apartmentâ??the rep was waiting for us when we arrived. The AAA office is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment and there is always someone available by phone if you need anything sorting out. They will also organise day trips, airport transfers and somewhere to safely store your luggage if you have a late flight home. Iâ??ve stayed in Krakow lots of times and would recommend AAA to anyone. This is a good company to deal with. They are professional and will take good care of you. A little tip for anyone travelling to Krakowâ??change the bulk of your money over there. You will get a much better rate and the kantors (money exchanges) are everywhere in the old town. I found them to be very honest and it shouldnâ??t take long to find the best rate. I like Krakow so much I think Iâ??ll go back for a long weekend over the august bank holiday.

We stayed in Krakow in June 2009 at the Krakow Garden Apartments. This wasn't our first choice as there was some sort of mix up with the apartments. However the representative from AAA - Anna, looked after us so well and made sure another apartment was available. Her English was perfect and she was a complete pleasure to deal with - THANK YOU ANNA. It was big enough for two, very clean and comfortable and a short walk to the main square. The kitchen was very well equipped - even though we didn't use it very much - preferred to eat out in the Main Square. The only minus would be the apartment had a futon instead of a bed which as neither of us are spring chickens, a bed would have made it easier to get out of in the morning! However the futon was comfortable. We would definitely recommend AAA Krakow apartments and hope to stay there again in August.

We have stayed with AAA several times and every time has been faultless. The Spring Apartment is stylish and makes great use of the available space. From the moment you eneter the hallway the finish is top quality. And also very well positioned for the main square. I'd recommend staying here to everyone and we'll be back sometime in July.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Convenient for Old Town, restaurants and food shopping. Very quiet in spite of being in the middle of the city and refurbishment being carried out nearby. We slept better here than in the countryside! Excellent service from AAA staff.

First visit to Krakow, and the apartments were fab! I sent a quick text when we landed at the airport and Anna a rep from AAA was there to great us at Atlantis 3, she showed us around then sat down and recommended places to eat and visit and provided us with a map, a service that you just dont get booking into a hotel. The apartment was lovely really clean and had all the amenities you needed and the location was good just 10 minutes walk to the square. Would definately recommend.

Both myself and my boyfriend were very happy with the apartment. It was in a perfect location as it was only a minute walk from ther main square. Anna from AAA Apartments was able to meet us on arriving at the apartment at 11am and gave us loads of information and advice for our visit. The apartment itself was modern and exactly as described. Would strongly recommend and will definitely book with this company again when we next visit.

We've had a lovely few days in Krakow - the apartment was comfortable, warm and quiet. And very stylish. Customer service excellent (a joy after the booking clerk at the bus ticket office!!) I've already recommended it to a friend. If you can add in a cafetiere for coffee lovers it will be perfect!

Great little apartment, perfect location just 2 minutes to the town square but nice and quiet too. Anna was terrific, great advice about where to go and what to see and invaluable in helping me perfect the pronunciation of a few key polish words, a fabulous start to a great stay in Krakow.

Our stay there was everything we had hoped for. The Apartment was superb and the staff very welcoming and were happy to assist in whatever way that they could both before and after our arrival. Everything so convenient - small supermarkets nearby, quiet streets but only 5 mins to the Market square. Ideal!

The apartment is in a great location, about 10-15 mins walk from the Main Square. It's very spacious and easily fit 9 of us without it feeling cramped. It was also very clean and all the facilities you could want are provided. It's not quite as modern as the pictures suggest but overall it was a great base for Krakow.

This apartment has a real wow factor. We were absolutely delighted with the layout, the space, and the 5 star standard on offer. I have stayed in various places in Krakow, but I intend to always stay here on future visits.

My husband and I are just back from a five night stay in Krakow, staying in Atlantis 1. I can not begin to express how delighted we were not only with the apartment, but also with it location, and the staff working in the office. The entire trip from initial enquiry to check out was a joy. We had gone to Krakow as a surprise for my husbands 40th. As a result I was very apprehensive about what we might be walking into... The apartment itself was a five minute walk from the Old Town Square. It was a good sized one bedroom, fully equiped with washing machine, iron, hairdryer...the list goes on. It was clean, and decorated beutifully. It also has the bonus of being very very close to not one, but two supermarkets. One of which is open 6am-11pm. The staff at AAA were brilliant. On arrival we were greeted by an English girl who has lived in Poland for the last 16 years. She showed us to our apartment and made it very clear that should we have any question not to hesitate to let her know. The office staff also arranged our trip to Austwitz. We were picked up and dropped off at the apartment without any problems. The complex has the bonus of a 24 hour porter. Made us feel extra secure in an already very secure environment. I honestly can not fault AAA, they were fantastic. I will be recommending them everytime I hear the word Krakow!!!

The apartment was everything we could have hoped for, warm and cosy, modern and clean, and in a prime location right in the centre of the old town but still peaceful and very quiet at night when trying to sleep. The welcome pack left out for us was really helpful and when we arrived the nice lady was waiting in the freezing cold to greet us and give us our keys! Love Krakow and have already reccommended the place and the apartments to all my friends!

I had a wonderful time in this apartment! Very modern, stylish and high quality flat. The distance to the city center is small and the neighborhood is cute. We had a small problem with hot water, but it was fixed fast during our absence. So i do not complain.

No problems at all, apartment was spotless and well prepared. Maybe a small welcome pack to make a quick snack, biscuits or bread rolls etc, but maybe thats me being picky. Keep up the good work!

Simply a wonderful apartment. The staff was excellent as they were very helpful both before and during our stay. You can't beat the location. The flat is right on the doorstep of the City Market Square, where many of the restaurants in town are located. It seemed everything was within a few blocks. Perfect place ... couldn't ask for more.

Apartment was clean, warm and centrally located. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as our flight had a massive delay but yet we were still met at the airport by our taxi. Would definitely go back to this place.

My wife and I have just returned from 5 nights in the Old Town Studio in Krakow. The apartment was perfect in every way. It was modern clean and very comfortable and whilst outside it was below zero, we were nice and warm. The street the apartment is located on has some amazing places to eat and drink and within 2 mins you can walk into the main square. I would highly recommend this place and intend to return. Thanks

Lovely spacious and modern apartment in a fantastic location literally 10mins from the main square. 24hr shop just down the road really handy. It really was an excellent place to have as a base for our stay in an amazing city and money wise made more sense than a hostel, comfort wise more of a home from home than a hotel. Dziekuje!

This was my first time in Krakow and I decided to go with AAA Apartments (I have to admit that their web site and quick response have helped me a lot in my decision). The apartment is exactly the same as in photos with even much more equipped inside than we've expected. Only thing that affects our 10/10 rating is a lack of good view, but that couldn't change the complete impression much. The hosts are thoughtful, discreet and professional. We stayed for 5 nights in the Sunlight Apartment, over New Year. We found the apartment to be very clean, comfortable and well-equipped and in an excellent location away from the madness of the main square! Most impressive was the service provided by AAA; we had booked the apartment for 4 people but when my brother decided at the last moment to come with us, AAA provided an extra bed for him at just a very tiny extra cost. AAA are, in our experience, very friendly and professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was impressed with the size of the apartment we stayed in. 2 bedrooms and a huge living room made our stay very convenient. The apartment is well designed and very clean. The offices of AAA are just downstairs, you can always go there and ask for a help or advice.

We have chosen the old town apartment due to its location. We were actually quite impressed how close to the square it is. The apartment was very warm and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when we kept asking about all events going on in the city. Thank you for your assistance.

The apartment I stayed in was just as nice and modern as it was advertised. There is a porter downstairs so you don't have to worry about the key when hanging out with friends. Would definitely recommend AAA to everyone.

Stayed at the Sunlight Apartments for 3 nights Friday to Monday Excellent service pre leaving, booked transfers etc, met late evening at apartments, very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was well situated slightly out of the main square but this added to the feeling of Krakow and a living city, small shop and alocohol right outside the door...proved helpfull for breakfast and Vodka / crisp top up late at night. Sunshine apartment was beautiful, looked out over the street and convent, nice shower / bath , excellent kitchen, plenty of room for chilling with friends in lounger area. good double bedrooms, well apart and accessed seperately unlike some we have stayed in before, Heating was v good, important for winter break, set on timer but also self controlled. Able to leave our bags in the office on the last day and again staff went out of their way to help us plan our remaining hours, booking tickets for the salt mine and taxi transfer. We will definately stay with the company again and recommend to friends. One tip if you are looking for the AAA office it is a modern office right on the corner of the block, glass and stainless steel, door shared with a chemist. Good food at Chata next to apartments, themed like a Polish \"hut\" , good \"Polish plate\" a mixture of local dishes, Poles where eating there as well. Dog in Fog in Thomasz Street, the end near station was excellent food and ale, American theme but still very Polish. Cafe in Castle was good value for money, try the soup in a bread bowl, about Â?3... tasty and unique Tried to put this review on Tripadvisor but they wouldn't accept a link to an agency !!

I would recommend AAA to anybody who visit Cracow for businness or for leasure. I like the service because of friendly, supportive, qualified staff. Appartment City Manor 1 is clean, modern, very comfortable. It is unbelievable how it was renovated in 18th century building in the very heart of the old beautiful Cracow.

The sunlight apartment was in an excellent location, in part of the old town and 5 minutes walking distance to market square. It provided a relaxing and private environment for our stay in Poland. Just spent a great weekend in Krakow and the Old Town Apartment was perfect for what we wanted. It's literally a two minute walk from the square and its easy to access all the main areas of interest. The apartment was lovely, very modern and at the back of the building so it's really quiet at night. Be sure to check out the live music & cocktails at the Lizard King round the corner and the mega breakfasts at Metropolitan down the street! Loved Krakow and will definately be back - less touristy and than Prague but just as picturesque.

I really cannot fault any aspect of our experience in dealing with AAA Krakow Apartments. The apartment was stunning, spotlessly clean, and in a great, central location (without being noisy at all). The service was friendly, efficient and fast from start to finish. They were able to organise a tour for us at very short notice on a sunday morning too. Krakow is a fantastic city, but our experience with the team made it even better. I would hearily recommend to anyone.

The Continental 2 Apartment that we stayed in, was the perfect place to spend some time with your family. My wife and I were traveling with 2 y.o son, so we had special requirements and this apartment met all of them. It was brilliantly located: right next to a range of stores and with a 10 minute walk to the old town square. Simply a great place to stay.

This was our first visit to Krakow but not our last!!! The apartment was fantastic, very spacious, clean and tidy, well heated and the facilities were all good. The representative met us within 20 minutes of landing and was very cheery and helpful. Only a short walk from the apartment to the main square and lots of bars etc. I can't fault any of it to be honest, a very deserved ten out of ten!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment (much better than a hotel room) The central location was perfect. The local information we were given with the keys was very useful as well.

I saw the photos on the website and decided to book and to my great pleasure it was exactly as good or even better in some ways. Great accommodation and only a good 5 minutes walk from the heart of the main square in Krakow. I will certainly book again.

The studio is lovely, clean and comfortable. The location is central to the bus/train station and Krakow's famous square. There is a 24hr doorman on duty in the lobby making the accommodation feel safe and secure. Should there be any problems, the staff are located below the studio and are extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasure to return to such a comfortable base after a day of sightseeing. I spent hours trying to find a modern base for my stay and this place didn't disappoint; i am so particular. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Poland.

Perfect location for all the sights in walking distance, wished we would have taken a couple of DVDs for the quiet moment in the apartment. Try the restaurant 2 door to the right out of the front of the building also the local market just north of the Barbican. Staff at AAA excellent. Highly reccommended.

Fantastic, we were delayed on our flight and Michel stayed over to ensure everything was perfect. The apartment is fitted out to a fantastic standard, everything you could want is there, it is light roomy and very conveniently placed for the city centre (5 minute walk) The apartment we stayed in was the Atlantis 3 apartment, the front desk staff were superb, helpful friendly and always there. Krakow itself is great to visit, lots of culture, bars and restaurants - what more couold you ask for. Eating out is very reasonable with huge choice, my wife is vegetarian and there is a huge range of choice with a number of specialist restaurants (not something you find easily in france or Germany) I would only stay at this apartment if I go back in the future

I booked this apartment along with City Manors 1 and 2, and Old Town Apartment for my group of 11 for 3 nights in Krakow following a recommendation from one of the group. All I can say is that if anyone is considering visiting this city, you cannot go wrong with choosing AAA for your accommodation. Apartments and customer service both excellent.

The apartment was new, well furnished, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We could not have been happier.

Perfect just like Krakow! Even the enterance gives you a great impression of the history and culture within this city. We used the apartment as a base for our wedding in Krakow and it was splendind and just what we needed for 10 days. We were met on site and had the keys given to us. Newly refurbished it had everything we needed plus a private balcony. Very quiet at night time and the bedroom, although small, really gets you a great nights rest as it is almost completly dark once you turn out the lights. We stayed in the AAA Krakow Apartments from the 7th to 12th September 2008. The apartments we chose are interconnected and located on Ul Jablonowskich, which is extremely central for the main square, and has good local shops nearby. Booking was easy and Anna was there to meet us and to explain everything. We were a party of five women; the accommodation provided three modern bathrooms, three kitchens, a utility room with laundry facilities, three bedrooms two living rooms and a very spacious entry hall. Everything provided was of a very high standard and the beds were extremely comfortable. The building is old traditional but the refurbishment on the inside has been carried out to a very high standard. The only thing I would ask for would be for each bed to have two pillows and for a hand towel as well as a bath towel. If we were to return to Krakow, we would certainly stay here again. This arrangement is ideal for people travelling as a party/family, giving the right balance between individual privacy and space to socialise. Thank you, Tomas and Anna for all your patience and friendly help. I would certainly recommend these apartments.

Excellent apartment for couples (sofabed not the most comfortable). Fabulous location, 50m from Main Square but quiet. Friendly and efficient admin.

A very comfortable apartment with good kitchen and utensils/dishes/glasses, also bathroom. Beds were fine but needed better pillows and pillowcases. Service of agent very good and it was useful to be able to leave our luggage at their office on the day of our return home. Would recommend this apartment.

A superb location - literally a 5 minute walk from the bus/train station & galleria, and a stones throw from the market Square and Cloth Hall. the Service we received from AAAKrakow was also faultless. If we return to Krakow we will most certainly be using their services again.

As we were coming to Krakow for a wedding, we wanted to be near the main square as the wedding was being held at a hotel on the Square. The apartment was excellent and suited our needs exactly. On arrival we were meet by Ania, quite late at night who was polite and helpful. I have found AAA Krakow Apartments an extremely good company to deal with, always giving prompt response to any questions or queries. I will definetly stay with them again on my next visit to Krakow. I would suggest perhaps including a radio in the apartment although the lack of this did not detract from our enjoyment. The small apartment block we were in was also kept extremely clean and was on a quiet street. The walk into town took about 15 minutes and we thoroughly enjoyed this as the main street into town (Karmilika) had lots of shops, delis, pubs, restaurants, cafes and plenty gorgeous buildings to look at en route. I would not hesitate to return and certainly would not hesitate in recommending the area and the apartments to others. We hope to return to Krakow soon. Thanks again.

We wuld like to thank AAA for their meet and greet staff from the office who could not do enough for us. The studio was everything and more than we expected. The standard was the highest that I have ever stayed in. This studio is brand new and I have no hesitation in recommending. The location was perfect for sightseeing, bars and restaurants.

This Studio was fantastic, EXACTLY like the picture on the website. It had everything you should need during your stay including a well equipped kitchen. Actually, the bathroom is bigger in reality than it looks in the pic. It was an incredibly spacious Studio. Not only is this studio incredibly well equipped, it is also immaculately clean and it looks brand new in decor. You are given more than adequate bedding and towels too. You are only literally a few steps from the main square, approx 30 seconds to a min of walking. A 10 minute easy walk through Planty to the train and bus station. You have more restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance than you can name, of all different cuisines. I can't say enough good things about this studio its location and this Company. Our flight actually arrived into Krakow at 9.30am I contacted Anna at AAA Apartments and she was wonderful, said we could check in early, was actually waiting for us on the pavement when we arrived to let us in. The whole week was unforgetable. Everything was perfect. Thank you all at AAA Apartments for a wonderful time. We would recommend you and your Apartment to anyone.

The holiday started out as a real nightmare with a long flight delay and I thought it was going to be one of those trip. When we got to Krackow however we were greeted by very pleasant people at AAA apartments and the apartment was well equipped and very homely - quite a relieft and we were very grateful. In the end we had a great time and I'd like to return to Krackow again one day to see all the things that we didn't get round to - there is a lot to see!

Dear Mr. Bartosz, Yesterday after noon I encountered a real crisis for me, when I realized, upon arriving to the apartment that the Internet internet connection was completely off. During the whole day I was promising to pople that called me to the mobile phone that I will return to them in the afternoon by skype for decisions and here I was with no connection. When I called your 24 service the guy that answered scheduled the repair for today. When he heard my problem he set to help me that same evening. He kept calling the service guy that did not answer, for hours and, by 21:00 the two youngsters took care of the problem to my satisfaction. I know the \\\\\\\"repair\\\\\\\" was not a serious work (switch on-off) but the readiness to service, perseverance, and efforts towards it deserve commend. Thank you, Akbert Albert Hollander

Very recommend Old town Apartment it is in heart of Krakow, just next to main market square.Excellent standard, wonderful style and quite place. I and my girlfriend we had great time.

To be honest, the entrance to the building was not great, but the apartment was lovely. At this price and this location, this still represents great value in my opinion relative to other apartments that I looked at.

When I arrived and climbed to the 3 floor, I thought I has made a mistake.. it was a long way to the top, but once there the apartment was quite delightful and me and my wife enjoyed the balcony and the bright and sunny atomsphere in the apartment. A nice spot.

We stayed at the Sunlight apartment 2nd Nov to 5th. Can I just say thankyou for all of your help, I found the service excellent and I have no problems at all in recommending your company to anyone I know. Your country and city were excellent, the apartment was very clean and spacious. In addition its location was great, as you said it was actually 5 minutes walk from the main square. Stayed in aaa apts, 13th june for 7 nights, best thing we ever done, no more hotels for us, staying in the apt, made our hol in Krakow just perfect, most certainly recomend anyone visting Krakow to stay in aaa apts, best way to have a hol.

I stayed in Bracka 6 over the new year. There were two couples and two kids. The apartment had everything. Very clean and a great location. Close to everything but not on a main street. I would highly recommend staying here. Denis (Ireland)

WE STAYED AT THE A1 OLD TOWN APART IN SLAVKOWSKA ST JUST 2 MINS WALK FROM THE MARKET SQUARE, THE APARTMENTS WERE CLEAN AND MODERN, REALLY LOVELY. NOT RECOMMENDED FROM THOSE LESS MOBILE. AAA STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL,FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ACCOMODATE WITHOUT HESITATION. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APART AND WE HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN VERY SOON.

Stayed for the weekend of 1st March. Very pleased with the apartment. Clean & warm & brilliant location. We had two one beds that opened into each other. Very handy for two couples or people with kids.

Hi, It was stange to come home and stay in a place that was not my owne but thank you AAA for making my trip back good value and comfortable.

What a spectaculary new year spend in Cracow. We went to the main square for the fireworks display on the turn of midnight and joined what must have been half the city there. Fully recommended and the vodka certainly helps to keep out the cold. The apartment was lovely thanks and we will pass on your details to any friends that intend to visit Cracow in the future. stayed for a week in Albertos apartment and was very happy with the serice and the quality of the apartment. The office was actually located next to this apartment, so it was easy to pop in and ask questions, book taxi etc. Lots more to see in Cracow, so hope to come back in the near future - Regards Harry

It was nice to see Cracow so changed since I last visited and a real pleasure to stay in Town house apartment which was cosy and nicely renovated. I am happy to recommend this company to future visitors which seems to be effeciently run and provided (at least to me) comfortable and good value accommodation

Thanks guys we enjoyed our stay loads we will definitely be coming back, but this time will go a bit easier on the Vodka. We stayed in the two big apartments next to each other (I forget the name - triple 'a' apartment and albertos?) Either way - they were beautiful apartments, very spacious and had everything that we neeed for our large group!

Thanks for a lovely stay. I didn't realise apartments in Krakow could be so modern and spacious in such old buildings. My family saved a small fortune compared to the hotel rates we were being offerred. next time I'm definitely going to book an apartment again

We would like to convey our thanks. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was ideal for us, clean stylish, comfortable, and warm. Whilst some guests will appreciate the convenient proximity of the Tram stops & Taxi rank, we decided to walk everywhere, particularly with the main market square 3 minutes down the street. Given the location right in the middle of old town, we were surprised just how peaceful the apartment was. Your housekeeping guy was particularly friendly and helpful, and it was refreshing to see someone enthusiastically doing a proper clean of all areas! We will definitely recommend to friends, and (if you'll have us) we'd definitely like to stay at the apartment again!

Excellent apartment and service. Had the pleasure of staying in the new City Manor Apartment. It was was a short strole to the square and you come out on one of my favouite streets in Krakow with bars, cafes etc. Right in the heart

Can't recommend highly enough. We stayed in the Old Town apartment - beautifully appointed, good value and right in the heart of the city. We will definitely be back in Krakow!
